英语学习是日积月累的过程，不能一蹴而就，这就需要同学们在平时学习中要有耐心，且有坚持不懈的精神。我们最好能充分利用碎片时间学英语，说英语。同学们在敢于开口说的同时，要有意识地积累正确、地道的表达方法，养成一个良好的学习习惯。这里，我仅列举一些同学们平时说英语时最常犯的错误为例，有则改之，无则加勉。

　　1. 房子被盗了。

　　Incorrect: The house was stolen.

　　Correct: The house was broken into.

　　2.我照了照镜子。

　　Incorrect:I looked at the mirror.

　　Correct: I looked in the mirror.

　　3.. 这个座位有人吗？

　　Incorrect: Is this seat empty?

　　Correct: Is this seat taken?

　　4. 我看他面熟。

　　Incorrect: I know his face.

　　Correct: I know him by sight.

　　5.太阳从东方升起。

　　Incorrect: The sun rises from the East.

　　Correct: The sun rises in the East.

　　6. 靠右走。

　　Incorrect: Keep the right.

　　Correct: Keep to the right.

　　7. 我就是这样做的。

　　Incorrect: This is the way how I did it.

　　Correct: This is how I did it. or This is the way I did it.

　　8. 他们不理解我的想法。

　　Incorrect: They didn’t understand my mind.

　　Correct: They didn’t understand what I was thinking.

　　9.去弄些水来。

　　Incorrect: Go and bring some water.

　　Correct: Go and fetch some water.

　　10.每节课老师都会点名。

　　Incorrect: The teacher will call our names in every period of class.

　　Correct: The teacher will call the roll in every period of class.
